Initiate a Request
Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.
Ship the Product
Mail your return package to our designated fulfillment center using a trackable shipping method of your choice.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
